Position Overview: As a key player in our logistics operations, you will be responsible for managing the flow of temperature-sensitive products and providing customized solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Your expertise will guide the development of innovative logistics strategies that enhance efficiency across the supply chain.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, internal teams, and transport providers.
  • Oversee the dispatching of drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Utilize CargoClix for effective management of logistics operations.
  • Maintain and prioritize customer lists to meet service expectations.
  • Coordinate and monitor loading schedules to ensure punctuality.
  • Track and manage demurrage fees to optimize costs.
  • Implement strategic loading space planning.
  • Organize direct delivery transport logistics.
  • Notify relevant parties regarding FTL/LTL transport requirements.
  • Handle clarification cases efficiently.
  • Manage pallet cancellations as necessary.

Your Profile:
  • Completed training in forwarding and logistics services.
  • Demonstrated professional experience within the logistics sector.
  • Basic knowledge of export customs procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with LFS, Dakosy, and CargoClix is advantageous.
