Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead our team in the execution of complex power generation projects. Located in Gross-Gerau, Hessen, Germany, this role will be responsible for overseeing projects from design to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

About the Role

This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in project management, specifically within the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) and fluency in English. Prior experience in managing high-level communication and interactions with stakeholders is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute renewable energy projects from conceptualization to handover, ensuring alignment with technical and commercial expectations.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes at packagers, focusing on meeting lead times while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Manage project financials, including responsibility for updating financial reporting systems and achieving set commercial targets.
  • Perform site project management duties, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and sign-off on test scripts/test reports, providing accurate documentation for project records.
