About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Headcount Planner to join our EU Consumer HCP team at Amazon CS Berlin GmbH - C25. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for creating and delivering long-term capacity plans for our contact centers across multiple sites and countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term capacity plans for our contact centers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with business partners in finance, operations, and capacity planning to optimize plans and build flexibility for peak periods.
  • Lead strategic and tactical discussions to drive business decisions and ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify opportunities for optimizing staffing and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Present long-term plans and gain buy-in from senior operational leaders, influencing business decisions and shaping the future of our operations.
About the Team

Our team of 14 is a close-knit group of diverse backgrounds and experiences, working together to drive excellence in our operations. We are looking for someone who can bring their expertise and passion for capacity planning to help us achieve our goals.

Requirements
  • Experience in planning for contact centers across multiple sites and countries.
  • Relevant degree in statistics, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present complex data and recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Experience with SQL and VBA is a plus.
