Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ESG Sustainability Project Coordinator to join our team at Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the ESG Manager to execute ESG and Sustainability projects, analyze market developments, and assist with decarbonization efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about ESG and Sustainability to contribute to the development of sustainable solutions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ESG Manager in executing ESG and Sustainability projects, including strategic planning and operational implementation.
  • Analyze market trends, regulatory initiatives, and customer requirements to inform ESG and Sustainability strategies.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on current and upcoming corporate ESG matters and frameworks, including Climate Change, Circular Economy, and GHG Protocol.
  • Assist with ESG reporting efforts, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Aid in creating and implementing processes to integrate ESG and Sustainability into our business operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare, implement, and follow-up on committee meetings, workshops, training sessions, and other events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in ESG and Sustainability, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or Social Sciences.
  • First work experience through internships or working student positions, preferably in the field of ESG and Sustainability.
  • Strong project management and self-organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Business fluent in English; advanced proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
