About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team at PD - Berater der öffentlichen Hand GmbH. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in leading and supporting projects in the public finance sector, focusing on digital transformation, process optimization, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in projects for the financial administration, particularly in the areas of digital transformation, process optimization, and strategic planning.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies, visions, and impulses for a modern, efficient, and effective taxation system.
  • Collaborate with our customers and provide expert advice on complex project management and program implementation.
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement innovative solutions for public finance challenges.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in public finance, taxation, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and present complex information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in German language.
