Join Kia Europe as an Intern Cross Carline and Connected Services

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Intern Cross Carline and Connected Services at Kia Europe. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects that make a difference within our Product department.

Your Mission:

As an intern, you will support the Cross Carline & Connected Car team in various core tasks, including competitor analysis, market briefings, and daily operational support. You will work on real projects that make a difference within our Product department.

Your Tasks:
  • Conduct research on the field of Telematics, Connected Services, Features on Demand.
  • Compare and gather information about the entire HMI (Human Machine Interface) in the car: Screens, Cluster, Head-up Displays, buttons, etc.
  • Search proactively for potential business partners, suppliers across Europe.
  • Support in creating our internal newsletter with latest industry news and announcements.
  • Analyze existing market and consumer studies about connectivity and create comprehensive overviews.
  • Seek for new trends in the connectivity area and create short reports.
  • Support the development and the proposal of new connected features.
  • Monitor product performance using key metrics and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Your Talents:
  • Bachelor or Master student in a business or engineering related field, automotive area as advantage but not a must.
  • Ideally you already have experience from previous internships in automotive companies, consulting or start-ups.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with tools like Java, Confluence, Jira, and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for product discovery and delivery.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Interest in cars, digitalization, and connectivity.
  • Capability to work within a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and result-oriented organization.
  • Driving license (class B, eligibility to drive in Germany).
