Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in the heart of Munich. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious dishes that showcase the fusion of various culinary aspects of the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement menus that emphasize the use of fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.
• Apply menu engineering principles to optimize menu planning and profitability.
• Stay up-to-date with food and market trends to ensure our offerings meet the needs of our guests and the local market.
• Motivate and lead our kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
• Collaborate with our F&B marketing team to develop promotional ideas and contribute to the success of our department.
• Participate in the design and implementation of special event menus and recipes.
• Monitor and analyze guest feedback to ensure value for money and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or equivalent role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of current cuisine trends and the ability to capitalize on food trends through special events.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
