About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LKW Umsetzer (Freight Handler) to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal transportation processes and supporting our shopfloor personnel in achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of trailer and bridge operations
• Manage incoming trucks and ensure accurate assignment to designated loading docks
• Identify and resolve disruptions in the production workflow (e.g., early or late arrivals of trucks)
• Receive and process loading documents, forwarding them to relevant departments
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and environmental protection standards
• Monitor adherence to traffic rules within the company premises

Requirements

• Completed education and/or experience as a professional truck driver
• Valid Class C/CE driver's license
• Fluent German language skills (B2 level or higher)
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel/G-Sheets (desirable)
• Excellent communication and assertiveness skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays (3-shift system)
