Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) for Planting and Maintenance to join our team. As a key member of our gardening team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our landscaping services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Oversee the execution of planting and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and in accordance with our quality control procedures.

  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of all projects, including planting and maintenance plans.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and expertise, and assist in the integration of new team members.

Requirements
  • Completed apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Passion for gardening and landscaping.
