We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategy & Competitive Intelligence Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the expansion and transformation of our Digital business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead competitor and market-wide analyses to derive actionable insights and inform strategic business decisions.
- Support analyses for leadership and strategic process improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships and submissions to external research firms to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Review market reports to expand organizational knowledge and identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate selected strategic projects to drive business outcomes.
- Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as top management consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth startups.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, attention to detail, solid project management skills, and technical affinity in the areas of smart buildings or digital solutions.
- Ownership and accountability, proactive can-do attitude, strong presentation and communication skills, excellent interpersonal and networking abilities, ambition for personal and professional growth, collaborative and inclusive approach, adept at dealing with uncertainty, ability to formulate independent opinions, and passion for the digital industrial space.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
