Our Fulfillment Tech Team is responsible for efficient and stable system solutions connecting our internal systems with external logistics-driven systems, e.g. warehouse management systems. With a great sense of logistical business processes and deep knowledge of our systems, they ensure the processing of thousands of parcels per day and a smooth customer experience within the fulfillment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality manual and automated testing for our middleware backend systems connected to our 3rd party logistics providers
- Introduce standard processes for manual and automated testing to ensure ongoing high quality in deployments & features
- Work together with developers on testing complex issues, working directly with databases & APIs
- Be able to reproduce and provide insights into issues & bug reports by analyzing logs & monitoring
- Coordinate testing efforts with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality features
- Support finding efficient tech solutions in complex environments
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, and debugging of the backend complex tech projects
- Experience in manual testing (explorative and destructive) as well as automated testing with great attention to detail
- Ability to get a quick grasp of complex technical systems
- Knowledge of business processes and ability to keep the business value of the processes in mind
- Very good communication skills and ability to handle different stakeholders
- Fluent English language skills
