Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Student Human Resources team member to join our dynamic organization in Meiningen or Munich.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience in Human Resources and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Employee Life Cycle Operations: Assist with preparing certificates, drafting contracts, and other administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Applicant Management: Collaborate with the recruitment team to organize interviews, maintain applicant records, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Event Organization: Assist in planning and executing internal events, training sessions, and social responsibility initiatives that promote team cohesion and employee engagement.
  • HR System Management: Provide support in maintaining and updating our HR system, Workday, to ensure accurate data and efficient processes.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research on complex HR topics, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Studying Business Administration, HR Management, or a comparable field.
  • Experience: First-hand experience in HR or Project Management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Languages: Proficient in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Software Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
