Join Our Team as an Internal Quality Manager in Care

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Internal Quality Manager in Care to join our team at AlexA Seniorendienste GmbH. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and quality in our facilities.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of care staff.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in care or a related field, such as a degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality management in a care setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
