Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Engineer at SAP

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at SAP. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for driving AI development and leading our engineering scrum teams as technical code and architecture owner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of AI services from proof-of-concept to production
  • Setup and develop new Big Data pipelines to productize data ETL workloads for different AI services
  • Develop AI/ML models to solve real-life business problems, including data science exploration and model productization
  • Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
  • Productionize AI PoCs with good software engineering by incorporating CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and MLOps
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in machine learning, computer science, engineering, or related technical fields
  • Vast coding knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python or Java
  • Deep knowledge of Distributed Computing Systems for Big Data Engineering such as Databricks (PySpark/Scala)
  • Exceptional understanding of AI/ML concepts
  • Extensive coding experience in applying ML frameworks such as Keras, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain, OpenAI, Huggingface
  • Vast general software engineering best-practices and experience working in a scrum-like software engineering unit
