Physiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientific Researcher to join our team at the Julius-Bernstein-Institut für Physiologie, Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research in the field of physiology and pathophysiology, with a focus on disease-oriented projects.

• Conduct research in the field of physiology and pathophysiology, with a focus on disease-oriented projects.
• Develop and implement research protocols, including the design and execution of experiments.
• Collect and analyze data, and interpret results.
• Collaborate with other researchers and scientists to advance the understanding of physiological and pathological processes.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the latest research techniques and methodologies in the field.
• Contribute to the development of research proposals and grant applications.
• Present research findings at conferences and in peer-reviewed publications.

• PhD in a relevant field, such as physiology, biochemistry, or molecular biology.
• Proven research experience in the field of physiology and pathophysiology.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in German language.
