Wir suchen eine erfahrene Paralegalin/Paralegal mit sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift, um unsere Rechtsabteilung zu unterstützen.
Als Corporate Legal Assistant werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und unterstützen unsere Rechtsabteilung bei allen administrativen und organisatorischen Themen im day-to-day business.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung der Rechtsabteilung bei allen administrativen und organisatorischen Themen im day-to-day business
- Verantwortung für die Pflege der gesellschaftsrechtlichen Daten im Dokumentenverwaltungssystem und anderen verwendeten IT-Systemen
- Bearbeitung von Verwaltungsaufgaben im Bereich des Gesellschaftsrechts
- Koordination und Vorbereitung von Terminen mit Notaren, Anwaltskanzleien, Gerichten und sonstigen Dienstleistern
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Schriftsätzen und sonstigen Dokumenten

- Sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse
