We produce our own baked goods daily with enthusiasm and high quality standards, using regional ingredients that support local agriculture and the environment.

We are seeking a Regional Bakery Manager (m/w/d) to oversee approximately 10 bakery locations, some with cafes. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple branches and a passion for baking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple bakery locations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a team of bakery staff
