Responsibilities:- Oversee daily farm activities, including planting, fertilization, irrigation, and pest management.
- Maintain and repair agricultural equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement best practices for soil health and crop rotation.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor crop growth and yield.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve farm goals.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in crop production and agricultural machinery operation.
- Strong understanding of sustainable farming practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
