Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung fachlicher Spezifikationen für Endkunden- und Bankmitarbeiteranwendungen im Dokumentären Auslandsgeschäft
  • Vernetzung von Fachexperten, Entwicklern und Kunden zur Entwicklung und Beschreibung umsetzbarer Anforderungen
  • Erstellung von Präsentationsfolien und Visualisierungen zur Veranschaulichung fachlicher Abläufe
  • Enge Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam und den Kunden hinsichtlich der fachlichen Prozesse
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung und Dokumentation von Anwendungstests
Ihr Profil:
  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsinformatik ist erforderlich
  • Erfahrung in Anforderungsanalyse und Testing, idealerweise durch Zertifizierungen (z.B. ISTQB, IREB) ergänzt
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von Fachkonzepten
  • Fundierte bankfachliche Kenntnisse, speziell im Bereich Auslandsgeschäft
  • Sicherer Umgang mit JIRA und Confluence zur Projektverwaltung
  • Vertrautheit mit MS-Office-Tools wie Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und technisches Verständnis
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
