About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
• Conduct energy audits to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance-related issues
