In our Department of Management, we are looking for an expert to lead change initiatives and develop strategic solutions. As a Full Professor of Leadership and Strategic Change, you will contribute to our academic excellence and promote innovation.

**Job Summary:**

• This is a full-time position as a Full Professor of Leadership and Strategic Change at the Department of Management.
• The employment contract can be permanent or fixed-term, depending on your qualifications.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and implement strategic change initiatives to enhance our academic programs and research output.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement in our department and university.
3. Establish and maintain collaborations with industry partners and other stakeholders.
4. Mentor junior faculty members and support their career development.

**Requirements:**

• An international reputation as a researcher in leadership and strategic change.
• A strong track record of publication in top-tier journals and conferences.
• Experience in leading large-scale projects and teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
