Job Title: Director Sales Banking

Our client, a global leader in statistical and analytics software, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales Banking to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the banking sector across Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing sales team and build key client relationships at the executive level.
  • Develop and implement robust sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, offering insights and guidance on platform modernization and industry best practices.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with prospective clients.
  • Oversee complex deal negotiations and ensure timely closing of sales.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience and deep knowledge of the banking sector, including an understanding of regulatory requirements, operational challenges, and customer needs.
  • Extensive experience in selling enterprise software solutions, with a track record of leading successful sales teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performance sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust with both clients and team members.
