Senior Product Manager SAP Extension Discovery

At SAP LeanIX, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive our product offering for our SaaS Management Platform product. This role involves taking ownership of the crucial topic of discovering extensions of SAP systems and leading customers towards the clean core. You will join a dynamic, international team working with great passion to create business value for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Own the domain of discovering extensions of SAP systems, focusing on artefacts on the Business Technology Platform.
- Work closely with customers to understand and embrace their needs, discussing current trends in enterprise architecture and business transformation.
- Communicate directly with stakeholders inside and outside LeanIX about customer needs and product strategy.
- Align your work with the product vision and challenge and influence the overall product strategy in close exchange with product leadership.
- Collaborate with product marketing and sales to understand the market and competition, influencing how our product is positioned and perceived.
- Exchange ideas with technical leadership to align your work with engineering challenges and influence the overall product portfolio.
- Be responsible for the team's backlog and roadmap, including the topics the team is working on and in which order.
- Work with your team to take full responsibility from product discovery through delivery to customer value.
- Product Management experience, ideally as a Product Owner of at least 5 years.
- A background developing extensions to standard software, preferably for SAP systems, is mandatory.
- Ideal experience working with the Business Technology Platform (SAP Build, Cloud Foundry, SAP BTP ABAP Environment, etc.).
- Experience working with different functions of a modern SaaS company, e.g., product leadership, UX design, Customer Success, Enablement, and Sales & Marketing.
- A hands-on approach, enjoying an agile software development process and working within an agile engineering team. Open to building new topics from scratch.
- A holistic view on the product – you are only happy once your features are in use and deliver the value customers need.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
