Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at Vaayu, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients achieve success with our sustainability solutions. You'll be responsible for guiding clients through onboarding, education, and ongoing support, while also advocating for their needs and driving product improvement based on their feedback.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client onboarding sessions to ensure seamless adoption of our products or services.
- Manage client relationships, providing timely and high-quality support to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Gather client feedback to drive continuous product improvement and prioritize feature enhancements.
- Develop and deliver educational resources and sessions to empower clients in maximizing the value of our offerings.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or other customer-facing roles, preferably in the sustainability or retail sectors.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Currently based in Europe.
Additional useful experience includes a passion for solving climate change, ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively, and a passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to meaningful environmental impact.
