Your Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the timely and quality execution of work orders in the raw materials department, as part of the daily operations
  • Leading waste management at the Meppen site, including compliance with regulatory requirements, optimizing waste disposal costs, and conducting waste analyses
  • Supporting and representing the transport coordinator in planning and controlling transports, communicating with logistics providers, and monitoring transport documents
  • Conducting safety, quality, and lean audits to identify improvement potential, implementing measures, and documenting results
  • Planning and implementing small-scale improvement and investment projects, including coordinating implementation and verifying effectiveness
Your Profile
  • Completed master's training in chemistry, logistics, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in waste management, ideally supplemented by training as a waste management officer (m/f/d)
  • Experience in leading and managing a team
  • Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an asset
  • English language skills in writing and speaking for communication with international colleagues and partners
  • Strong team skills, communication strength, and customer orientation
