Wir suchen einen engagierten und begeisterungsfähigen Teamplayer (m/w/d) für die Position des Therapy Sales Specialists im Bereich Acute Care & Monitoring. Diese spannende Außendienststelle erstreckt sich über das Gebiet Deutschland Ost (Berlin, Brandenburg, Dresden, Leipzig) und ist daher eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.

Ein Tag im Leben

  • Kundeninteraktion: Führung von Beratungen und Verkaufsgesprächen mit Interessenten und Kunden im klinischen Umfeld, wie auch klinische Fort- und Weiterbildungen & Geräteeinweisungen
  • Produktpromotion: Präsentation von Medtronic-Produkten und -Lösungen. Außerdem Sicherstellung, dass Kunden ein tiefes Verständnis für deren Vorteile entwickeln.
  • Kundenbetreuung: Reagieren Sie proaktiv auf Kundenanfragen, -probleme oder -beschwerden, um eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen.
  • Datenanalyse: Nutzen Sie Datenanalysen, um Verkaufsstrategien zu überprüfen, den Erfolg zu bewerten und mögliche Verbesserungen zu identifizieren.
  • Leads-Nachverfolgung: Verfolgen Sie aktiv potenzielle Kunden und Leads nach, um sicherzustellen, dass sie den Vertriebsprozess erfolgreich durchlaufen.
  • Teamkommunikation: Arbeiten Sie eng mit den Account Managern und anderen Abteilungen im Unternehmen, wie dem Marketing und Produktmanagement zusammen, tauschen Sie Informationen aus und unterstützen Sie bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsaktivitäten.

Was wir suchen

  • Erfahrung im medizinischen Umfeld, in der Begleitung von Operationseingriffen oder Abschluss in der Medizintechnik
  • Ihre Begeisterung für innovative Technologien und Lösungen.
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft, sich in unser Portfolio einzuarbeiten.
  • Ihre Leidenschaft, die Zukunft der Medizintechnik mitzugestalten und einen positiven Einfluss auf das Leben von Patienten weltweit zu haben.
  • Erfahrungen im Vertrieb sind von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Impfpflicht

Für diese Stelle besteht eine einrichtungsbezogene Impfpflicht. Aus diesem Grund ist eine vollständige Masern-Impfung Voraussetzung für die Besetzung der offenen Position.
