Your Tasks
- Design and development of software for programmable logic controllers and their interfaces to higher-level systems
- Commissioning of machines and systems at customer sites in Germany and abroad, including conveyor systems, storage and retrieval systems, and shuttle systems
- Verification of electrical and mechanical installations at customer sites
- Analysis and resolution of errors, as well as configuration and commissioning of electrical components
- Training and instruction of operating and maintenance personnel at customer sites
Your Profile
- Completed training in electrical engineering, automation technology, or a related field, ideally with a technical degree
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Simatic Step7/TIA or CodeSys according to IEC 61131, electrical drive technology, and industrial bus systems, as well as HMI interfaces and network technologies
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (approximately 50% of the time)
- Good English language skills in writing and speaking
