Product Development Project Lead

Project Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our product development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning, developing, and implementing innovative products that drive business growth and improve knowledge bases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including planning of development roadmaps, setting up milestones, and resource management.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in an Agile methodology environment to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage and coordinate the required supplies for different products, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Plan and organize product certification processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Plan and implement series production, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
- Update and maintain documentation to optimize and improve processes, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate risks based on data and research, ensuring project success and minimizing potential issues.
Requirements
- Technical Bachelor's/Master's degree/graduate diploma in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Management, or a similar field of study or equivalent education with experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in full life cycle project and product development process.
- At least 2 years of experience working on Agile Development environment and JIRA.
- Resourceful and eager to take on challenges, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Fluent in English and German.
