Our client, a pioneering technology company in Mannheim, is seeking a skilled Process and Innovation Engineer to further develop cutting-edge technologies and optimize processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with logistics operations engineering in multidisciplinary and cross-functional project teams
  • Develop, review, and approve logistics-related specifications, requirements, and documentation in existing and newly planned logistics facilities
  • Provide advice on the maintenance of technical equipment and structural engineering
  • Investigate quality discrepancies and provide guidance on corrective actions
  • Support with technical issues and coordinate conversion activities
  • Follow up on commissioned services with internal and external partners
  • Coordinate with internal and external interfaces
  • Update timelines based on project updates
  • Coordinate costs with budget managers

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering
  • Many years of practical experience, ideally several years in international project and supply chain management
  • Specialist knowledge of logistics technologies and systems with a focus on technical and building aspects
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Knowledge of modern logistics concepts, IT skills (especially LogSys, SAP, and EWM)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
