Job Title: Head of Marketing Child Safety and Technologies

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Marketing to lead our Child Safety and Technologies team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our child safety products and technologies
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful campaign execution and brand management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and brand awareness
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a leading marketing role in an international context
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Project management skills combined with high analytical skills and hands-on mentality
  • Fluent level of both spoken and written German and English
