Your Responsibilities

  • As a Lead Consultant, you will assist in SAP Core Banking projects, enhancing processes from simple to complex credit structures.
  • You will evaluate existing workflows, gather client requirements, and devise tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on both business and IT-related matters concerning credit operations.
  • Assume responsibility for client-specific enhancements of SAP Core Banking solutions in the credit domain.
  • Utilize your expertise to set new benchmarks in developing initiatives for the realignment and digitalization of credit business models, enhancing institutions, and increasing profitability to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, actively contributing to the internal and 'on-the-job' development of our services.
  • Facilitate continuous knowledge transfer between technical development team members and subject matter experts.
  • Potentially lead a team, conduct client meetings, and represent project outcomes to clients and international project teams.
Your Profile
  • To become a Lead Consultant (w/m/d) in SAP Core Banking, you should possess a well-rounded degree in (Business) Informatics, Economics, or a comparable banking-related qualification.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in credit processing and credit workflows, along with a certain affinity for technology, is essential.
  • Additionally, you should have knowledge of loan product representation and ideally experience in business analysis and the implementation of loan management systems (preferably SAP).
  • You should be capable of working independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of an additional language would be advantageous.
  • Fluency in German at C1 level is necessary.
  • You should be an open-minded and communicative individual.
  • A strong willingness to learn and perform, along with a pronounced team and service orientation, as well as a readiness to travel, will complete your qualifications.
