About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Planner to join our team at Siemens Energy. As an Engineering Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production of electrical equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the production of electrical equipment, including design, procurement, and manufacturing.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and manufacturing, to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in production planning and coordination, preferably in the electrical equipment industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in English and German languages.
