Our investors and serial entrepreneurs back us, and we have an exciting road ahead. We're looking for a marketing expert who can help us grow together.

The ideal candidate will have experience in FoodTech, but it's not a requirement.

Job Description

This role involves strengthening our brand presence in the local market through creative offline and online strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating leads for our supply and demand site through innovative and out-of-the-box methods
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan to achieve goals and attract new partners
  • Managing all performance and non-performance marketing channels, including marketing automation, social media, PR, email, video, and events
  • Leading go-to-market and launch activities for new locations in Germany and new offerings, including market analysis, messaging, launch plans, and execution

You'll be responsible for managing a team of freelancers to support you in executing these tasks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the entire marketing mix, preferably in a startup environment
  • Experience scaling app install campaigns
  • The ability to come up with creative ideas, execute them, and follow up on their progress
  • The capacity to work on projects end-to-end and take full ownership of them
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Lead Generation, Content Marketing, and Strategy
  • A strong sense of empathy and excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Native fluency in German and advanced fluency in English
  • Resourcefulness and a hands-on mentality
