About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Microsoft Business Central Implementation Specialist to join our team at MED-EL Medical Electronics. As a key member of our Digital Development department, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment between our IT department and entities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the IT department and our international branches to guarantee that business objectives are met
  • Support the implementation of our Group Solution across global locations, organizing workshops as needed to facilitate adoption
  • Analyze branch-specific needs by working closely with local teams, assessing how the group solution can be adapted or optimized for each location
  • Conduct user testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and facilitate change management efforts
  • Provide post-go-live support, gathering feedback and addressing issues as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems or a related field with solid experience in ERP projects using Microsoft Business Central
  • Demonstrated ability to implement a Group solution across international locations
  • Familiarity with change management principles, with experience supporting organizations through technological and process transitions
  • Excellent English language skills; good German skills; any additional language is an asset
  • Willingness to travel internationally, with approximately 40% travel expected to support global rollouts
