Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our team at ArcelorMittal. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our finance and administration departments, driving business results, and optimizing processes.

About the Role

  • Lead and develop the finance and non-administrative departments, including accounting, invoicing, controlling, IT, HR, and office staff.
  • Interface and collaborate with Shared Service Accounting.
  • Optimize business results through continuous analysis and improvement.
  • Design and implement process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
  • Manage contracts, negotiations, and relationships with tax consultants, auditors, and authorities.
  • Supervise a team of approximately 15 employees.

About You

  • Hold a degree in economics with a focus on finance, controlling, or a related field.
  • Have several years of management experience in a comparable position.
  • Bring an analytical mindset and strong affinity for numbers, with a focus on results.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exhibit high levels of commitment and assertiveness.
  • Work independently and structuredly.
  • possess strong communication skills in German and English.
