Senior Project Manager

Navartis is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the Suedostlink Project, a major construction and civil engineering initiative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the project forward, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project strategies to achieve successful project outcomes
- Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans
- Manage project budgets, make informed investment decisions, and optimize purchasing volumes
- Ensure compliance with German technical standards and recognized rules of technology
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering (civil engineering, project management) or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in project management
- Excellent technical planning, contract administration, and contractor management skills
- Appreciative management style, effective time management, and strong communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and good English language skills
