We are seeking a motivated and reliable MARK BRAND ADMINISTRATOR with professional experience (M/W/D) in full or part-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing national and international trademarks and designs, filing trademark and design applications
• Receiving and processing incoming mail
• Independent correspondence with domestic and foreign clients, colleagues, and offices in English and German
• Monitoring deadlines, processing, and reporting to clients

Requirements:

• A completed training as a patent attorney clerk, comparable education, or professional experience in international trademark law
• Excellent German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Secure knowledge in general secretarial tasks, office organization, and good MS Office skills
• Structured and careful work as well as a sense of responsibility
• You are a motivated team player
