About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team at Raisin. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and delivering high-fidelity designs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and understand user motivations to inform design solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into effective design solutions and work closely with engineering teams to ensure implementation quality.
  • Measure the effectiveness of design solutions through qualitative and quantitative methods and iterate based on feedback.
  • Enhance user experience through refined interaction design and visual aesthetics.
  • Contribute to the evolution of design processes within the team.
  • Participate in recruitment and key decision-making activities within the product design team.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product design.
  • Solid understanding of business and product metrics.
  • Ability to articulate design decisions and iterate based on feedback with a growth mindset.
  • Strong systems thinking skills, able to contextualize problems within a broader ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a user-centric design approach.
  • Proficiency in data-informed design, leveraging insights and data to enhance design quality.
  • Skilled in various design tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
