As a Solution Consultant at ServiceNow, you will be the driving force behind our clients' digital transformation journeys. With a passion for technology and a strategic mind for business challenges, you will help our clients unlock the full potential of our low-code platform.

Our clients are looking for a trusted advisor who can map technology to new business contexts, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and drive sales growth. If you have a sales drive, are technology-savvy, and enjoy working with stakeholders from C-Level to technical teams, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify business demands and develop solutions that align with our clients' industry, business model, and challenges.
  • Analyze and discover the value our solution will create for relevant stakeholders at the client.
  • Prepare and conduct client workshops to showcase the capabilities and potential of ServiceNow.
  • Develop sales strategies and roadmaps for our clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for our clients, providing functional and technical expertise.
Qualifications:
  • Working experience in a (pre-)sales role or strategic advisory/consulting role with sales experience.
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its products.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and handle functional/technical conversations with clients.
  • Experience in a complex working environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and German (min. B2).
