Bei der Berend Heins GmbH suchen wir einen erfahrenen Einkaufenberater, der unsere Kunden in allen Aspekten des Online-Einkaufs unterstützt. Die Position erfordert ein tiefes Verständnis des E-Commerce-Marktes und Erfahrung mit Adspends bei Google oder Meta Ads. Der perfekte Kandidat ist Ergebnisorientiert, kann eigenverantwortlich arbeiten und hat eine Steile Lernkurve.

Aufgaben
  • Unser Einkaufenberater betreut unsere Kunden individuell, löst Engpässe und hält die Accountability hoch. Dies geschieht durch 1:1-Calls, Projektmanagement, Coaching und WhatsApp-Support.
  • Er entwickelt für jeden Kunden eine individuelle Roadmap, die mit höchster Erfolgswahrscheinlichkeit zum Ziel führt.
  • Er unterstützt unsere Kunden in allen Aspekten des Online-Einkaufs, von Strategie bis hin zu Customer Experiences und Positionierung.
Voraussetzungen

Der ideale Kandidat ist ein High-Performer, der coachable und bereit ist, zu jeder Zeit 110% zu geben. Er muss in der Lage sein, starke Beziehungen zu den betreuten Gründern aufzubauen und ist Ergebnisorientiert.
