About the RoleThe position is a temporary assignment for 18 months, with the possibility of permanent employment. As a Product Manager in Gastroenterology, you will be responsible for supporting the launch preparation of a new product and helping shape the local implementation of the launch strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the marketing team to prepare the launch materials and events with agencies and the sales force.
- Create discussion documents and materials for the sales force to communicate effectively with customers.
- Develop content for various communication channels, such as newsletters, personalized emails, videos, interviews, and articles, along the customer journey.
- Help design sales force meetings and training sessions.
- Be responsible for the brand's presence at congresses and implement all relevant measures, from exhibition stands to communication measures.
- Regularly participate in exchanges with doctors, such as advisory boards, market research, and visits with the sales force.
- Work closely with external agencies.
- Manage the approval process for communication materials independently.
- Work 3 days a week on site in Neuss.
- Completed vocational training or a university degree.
- Solid basic knowledge in the implementation of omnichannel communication measures and projects, gained through practical experience of at least 1-2 years in marketing or sales.
- Marketing experience and product launch experience are important.
- Previous work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Results-oriented, able to take responsibility, and enjoy driving projects forward.
- Work independently and in a structured manner, able to organize yourself well and keep track of priorities even in stressful times.
- Enjoy working in a team, able to communicate well, and moderate different perspectives in a solution-oriented manner.
- Very good German and good to very good English language skills.
