Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fitter/Structural Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing assembly activities on aircraft, adhering to work orders, drawings, and technical documents. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the aviation sector, knowledge of aviation security and safety rules related to FOD, and experience with mechanical and structural tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly activities on aircraft according to work orders, drawings, and technical documents
  • Execute work according to FOD rules, company internal procedures, and customer requirements
  • Visual Inspection: Ensure the job performed matches the requirements and report any issues found on the aircraft or work area
  • Support the team in other subjects within your competencies (mechanic, structure, or electric matters)
Requirements
  • Trained mechanic/sheet metal worker/fitter with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the aviation sector
  • Knowledge of aviation security and safety rules related to FOD
  • Experience with mechanical and structural tools, such as rivet guns, torque, drilling machines, countersinks, and backing bars
  • Knowledge of technical documentations, including work orders, drawings, and SOI
  • Open to shift work (early and late) and willing to work weekends if needed
  • Good level of English: B1
