- Design the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to release and iteration.

- Conduct market and user research, identify opportunities, and prioritize feature development.
- Work closely with product owners to manage delivery and ensure the quality of what they are building.

- 3-5 years of work experience in a similar product management function in an innovative company (startups, scale-ups, or any tech-driven company)
- Education: Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology
- Proficiency in the use of:
- Agile product management frameworks
- Building a product strategy
- User research methodologies
- Prioritization frameworks
- Product tools: Atlassian suite, Figma, Product Mgmt software
- Demonstrating:
- Strategic thinking
- Strong product discovery and designing expertise
- Experience running products along the lifecycle
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to different stakeholders (external and internal) and different hierarchies
- Ability to comply with processes, work effectively in a team
