Job Summary:

As a Contract Logistics Professional at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing industry-specific logistics strategies that meet the needs of our customers. Whether you're working with single or multi-user operations, temperature-controlled goods, or value-added services, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our key accounts from order receipt to preparation for dispatch.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support our key accounts in the administration of incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse management system.
  • Monitor and manage order progress, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with the warehouse scheduling department to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain and process statistics to inform logistics strategies.

Your Profile:
  • You have successfully completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or alternative commercial training.
  • You have first-hand experience in contract logistics, preferably with a reputable logistics company.
  • You have initial experience in dealing with warehouse management systems and possess good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You possess strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and flexibility in your work schedule.
