Circula, a Berlin-based fintech company, is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and recruiting a high-performing team of account executives who drive revenue growth through complex software purchasing processes in companies with 50 to 5000 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop account executives to achieve set goals and exceed targets
- Analyze processes using data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates, time-to-sell, ARPA, and other KPIs
- Develop go-to-market strategies for our customer segment and implement them successfully
- Exchange best practices with fellow leaders and align frequently with central core teams
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an Account Executive in B2B new customer acquisition
- At least 2 years of people management experience, including hiring, building, coaching, and training
- Experience in a B2B software, ideally SaaS, cloud, or technology sales team selling to and coaching AEs to prospect, outbound, and close deals with values from 3 to 75K ARR into the SMB and MM segments
- Precise understanding of software sales processes and experience with models such as MEDDIC, SPICED, or other methodologies
- Thorough understanding of Sales Metrics and KPIs to build a predictable sales playbook for your team
- Fluent in German (C2) and English
