Job Title: Staff Analog Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Analog Engineer to join our Analog Development Team in Munich/Dresden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-speed and high-accuracy analog and mixed-signal circuits for automotive sensor system applications and SoCs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop analog and mixed-signal circuits using top-down design approach
  • Extract analog module specifications from top-level requirements and create analog circuit concepts
  • Create EMC and ESD concepts and discuss with the team
  • Proceed mixed-signal/system-level mixed-mode verification or align with team competences
  • Finalize design documentation and create verification coverage analysis
  • Support DfT strategy and implementations as well as test development and ramp to production
Qualifications:
  • Engineering degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal IC development
  • Familiar with analog and digital simulation techniques using Cadence
  • Strong problem-solving capability with energetic and proactive approaches
  • Ability to work independently with strong analytical skills, self-motivated and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Very good command of English language is a key element required for the job (German is a plus)
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in Analog, Mixed Signal & Power Automotive applications
  • Strong knowledge of BiCMOS, BCD and fine line CMOS technologies
  • Understanding of behavioral modeling/verification of analog and mixed-signal circuits
  • Understanding of automotive and functional safety development processes/standards, based on IATF 16949 & ISO 2626
