Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Roadmap: Create and execute the vision for the ERP Systems and their features, including creating a product roadmap based on the vision.
- Feature Management: Identify, prioritize, and manage features and stories in the respective backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Interface: Act as the interface between stakeholders and the ERP team for concept creation and development of new and enhanced features.
- Feature Development: Lead the creation and improvement of features in the ERP context, ensuring hands-on responsibility and accountability for managing features on the platform.
- Business Analysis: Collect and manage demands from all stakeholders, working with the team and relevant stakeholders to execute the product vision from conception to launch.
- Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and run topics (INC+RITM) by identifying business value and effort, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Success Measurement: Measure the success of implemented features through established KPIs and ROI, continually analyzing and identifying enhancements or new features together with stakeholders and feature analysts.
- Collaboration: Create feature and user stories together with the product management team, stakeholders, and the scrum team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Design Review: Create and review designs for new features or the modification of existing features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Iteration Planning: Lead the preparation and execution of iterations (Sprints & Feature Sprints), ensuring effective planning and execution.
- Deep Understanding: Deep understanding of retail business models and processes.
- Availability: At least 3 office days per week on average.
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience as a consultant and working in an agile product development environment, preferably with scaled agile frameworks or fundamental experience in the ERP context.
- Tools and Skills: Familiarity with agile product management tools, such as Jira and Confluence or Service NOW.
- Personal Qualities: Highly organized, structured way of working, team player with hands-on mentality, analytical mindset, and very good English skills and fluent German skills.
