Hast du Lust, eine Schlüsselrolle als Senior AI Software Engineer (all genders) in einem agilen Scrum-Team zu übernehmen? Möchtest du aktiv die digitale Transformation gestalten und innovative KI-Projekte umsetzen? Dann werde Teil von ]init[ und bringe deine Expertise in die eSociety ein.

Was du tun wirst
  • Du bist verantwortlich für Training, Optimierung, Feinabstimmung und den Einsatz von KI-Modellen für spannende, gesellschaftlich relevante Projekte
  • Du integrierst unsere KI-Anwendungen bei den Kunden – unabhängig von Plattform oder Umgebung
  • Du entwickelst und pflegst Backend-Services für KI-Lösungen und Verarbeitungspipelines in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Du erstellst NLP-Pipelines für verschiedene Anwendungsfälle
  • Mit deiner Leidenschaft für Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) bleibst du auf dem neuesten Stand und gestaltest unsere Innovationen aktiv mit
Was du mitbringst
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst sehr gute Python-Kenntnisse mit und hast umfassende Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Microservices
  • Du bist vertraut mit den gängigen KI- und NLP-Frameworks wie Langchain und mit KI-Modellen wie LLMs (OpenAI, LLama 2), Bi-Encoder und Cross-Encoder
  • Du hast Erfahrung in Datenverarbeitung und -analyse mit Pandas, Numpy und Matplotlib
  • Du hast Expertise im Prompting, Vektor-Embeddings und Fine-Tuning von Embedding-Modellen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
