Job Summary

Bilfinger is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in the Chempark Dormagen. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in a chemical industry setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment, including power distribution systems, control systems, and lighting systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment, including motors, generators, and transformers.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to design and implement electrical systems and equipment.
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans and schedules to ensure optimal system performance and minimize downtime.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field, preferably in the chemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, including power distribution systems, control systems, and lighting systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders.
