Experienced Caregiver

We are seeking an experienced caregiver to join our team as an Examinierter Altenpfleger. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing active and rehabilitative care to our residents, as well as participating in internal quality assurance measures.

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents, adhering to recognized gerontological principles
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents

• Completed training as an Examinierter Altenpfleger or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on resident-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
• Proficiency in electronic documentation systems
